Overview & Challenge

The goal was to elevate the club’s online presence with a modern, conversion-focused website that reflects its exclusivity while making it easy for prospective members to explore and take the next step.

The site serves as both a marketing tool and a member experience platform—designed to attract new members while supporting the needs of existing ones. A key challenge was balancing a high-end, exclusive feel with an experience that still felt welcoming and easy to navigate.

I focused on creating clear user journeys for different audiences. For prospective members, the experience highlights the club’s amenities, lifestyle, and sense of community through strong visual storytelling and strategically placed calls-to-action. For current members, I streamlined access to key features like the member portal, event calendar, reservations, and club updates.

From a UX and marketing standpoint, the design prioritizes clarity, ease of use, and engagement.

I simplified navigation, improved content hierarchy, and created a more intuitive structure to help users quickly find what they need or take action. The final result is a responsive, visually elevated experience that not only reinforces the club’s brand but also supports member acquisition, engagement, and retention through a more seamless and user-centered digital journey.
