Overview & Challenge

The primary goal was to create a conversion focused website that made it effortless for guests to discover and book tee times across all four golf courses, while showcasing the premium experience of playing at Walt Disney World®.

The Championship Golf Courses at Walt Disney World® in Orlando, FL attract guests from around the world, so the website needed to function as both a marketing tool and a conversion engine. With a redesign underway, the opportunity was to elevate the visual experience, align with the broader Walt Disney World® digital ecosystem, and optimize the path to booking.

Key challenges included simplifying navigation, creating a visually engaging and immersive experience, and ensuring brand consistency with the main Walt Disney World® resort site—all while guiding users toward clear conversion points.

The Solution

Our collaboration produced a website that balanced storytelling and performance.

The updated design introduced a lighter, more modern visual system with increased spacing and a stronger emphasis on high-impact imagery to highlight the beauty and uniqueness of each course.From a UX and marketing perspective, the focus was on reducing friction and improving the user journey—from exploration to action. We streamlined navigation, clarified calls-to-action, and created intuitive pathways for booking tee times and signing up for programs.

The result is a cohesive, brand-aligned digital experience that not only reflects the Disney standard but also supports increased engagement and conversion through a more seamless, user-centered journey.
